New surface to be cured 28 days before painting and free from all waterproofing issues.

Prepare the surface by using suitable sand/emery paper or scrapping tools to remove dirt, dust, grease, loose flaking paint, laitance, algae, fungi, etc., and wipe it clean.

Apply a coat of Shalimar Hero Interior Exterior Acrylic Primer as per recommendation. Allow it to dry for 3-4 hrs.

Spot prime before and after filling nail holes/cracks.

Level the surface with Shalimar Magic Acrylic Wall Putty or Shalimar Shakti Wall Guard putty and allow it to dry for 4-6 hrs.

Sand the surface with 180/320 emery paper and wipe it clean.

Apply an additional coat depending upon the surface conditions and smoothen the surface.

Apply coat of Shalimar Hero Interior Exterior Acrylic Primer as per recommendation. Allow it to dry for 3-4hrs.

Thin Xtra Tough Hi Sheen Exterior Emulsion with potable water, 40% to 50% by volume.

For Deep, Accent base & dark shade thin with potable water 20-30% by volume.

Apply 2 coats of Xtra Tough Hi Sheen Exterior Emulsion Paint with an interval of 4-6hrs.

Application can be done by brush, roller or spray.

Dark shades require additional coats for better hiding and appearance.
